Your Mission – What you’ll do:

• Take ownership of the governance function for the FRÄNKISCHE Group, ensuring compliance with international customs and foreign trade regulations
• Provide expert legal assessments to the customs departments across divisions for business transactions
• Participate actively in company initiatives such as certification processes and reorganizations, and deliver specialist training to enhance the capabilities of business units
• Ensure group-wide management reporting and enforce compliance measures within the corporate group, preparing formal statements for management
• Contribute to projects and support the implementation and system-based mapping of processes to ensure legally compliant development within the group

Your Profile – What we’re looking for:

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, taxation, customs or foreign trade, or a further qualification as a business or customs specialist
• Proven professional experience in customs and foreign trade with ongoing training in customs law and international trade
• Knowledge of SAP GTS is desirable
• Strong communication skills, self-initiative, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
