What you’ll do

• Together with management and our divisions, you’ll steer and coordinate the monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes – with precision, structure, and a sense of timing.
• You’ll actively contribute to strategic financial planning – thinking not just along, but ahead.
• You’ll prepare insightful reports for the management board, advisory board, supervisory board, and banks – analytically sound, clearly structured, and visually compelling.
• You’ll support the introduction of integrated financial planning – with expertise and pragmatism.
• You’ll collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams – from concept to implementation – in close alignment with various departments.
• You’ll identify optimization potential early on, continuously improve existing controlling and reporting processes, and drive smart solutions.
• You’ll analyze deviations, derive appropriate actions, and support management in decision-making.
• You’ll serve as a key point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders – competent, clear, and solution-oriented.

What you bring – or want to develop

• A degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling – or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in controlling or financial accounting – or the motivation to grow into this field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like SAP; knowledge of consolidation tools is a plus.
• Confident English skills – for communication in an international environment.
• You work independently, think in networks, and stay focused – even in dynamic environments.
